Alison Miller is counsel at Kercher Law. Ali maintains a broad complex commercial litigation practice, with experience in contract disputes, securities (including cryptocurrency), antitrust, and M&A litigation, among other areas. She has a particular passion for trial, and her work has included taking and defending depositions, preparing and examining witnesses in proceedings, developing evidentiary and trial strategy, and briefing significant motions and appeals. Ali also advises on litigation risk management and has a track record of helping clients resolve disputes before and after the initiation of a lawsuit.
Clients turn to Ali when a commercial dispute needs both a trial plan and a path to resolution. Her year with Judge Katherine B. Forrest in the Southern District of New York informs how she reads a court and frames a motion. Before joining Kercher, Ali was counsel at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and practiced at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg LLP and Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP.
